Help create a new “skin” for Scrappy, the RiverFest mascot, with the trash collected during the river clean-up. Scrappy will be at Picnic Point (the south end of Lakefront Park) on Wednesday and at The Phipps  (on the north lawn) on Thursday.
All are welcome to come and help!
