    Help create a new “skin” for Scrappy, the RiverFest mascot, with the trash collected during the river clean-up. Scrappy will be at Picnic Point (the south end of Lakefront Park) on Tuesday and at The Phipps  (on the north lawn) on Wednesday & Thursday. All are welcome to come and help!
